These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Jolaïy Home webshop and the purchase of our specialized cups, mugs, and glasses. By accessing our webshop and making purchases, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Account registration and Management

  • Creating an Account: While creating an account at Jolaïy Home is optional, it provides a streamlined shopping experience. Customers have the choice to either register for an account or proceed as guests for quicker transactions.
  • Password Recovery: In case you forget your account password, a reset option is available on the account page. Should you face any issues or fail to receive a reset email, our support team at info@jolaiy.com is ready to assist.

2. Orders

  • Modification and Cancellation Policy: We begin processing orders immediately upon payment, making it challenging to modify or cancel them. If additional products are desired, placing a new order is recommended. For cancellations, customers may opt to return items after receipt, as per our return policy.
  • Confirmation and Communication: If an order confirmation is not received, we advise checking your spam or junk mail. Absent confirmation, please reach out to us with your email address used for the order, and we will ensure you receive the necessary details.

3. Shipping and delivery

  • Address Alteration: Once an order is placed, changing the shipping address is not possible due to our swift processing and dispatch protocols. We advise customers to use the provided Track & Trace information to manage deliveries, including redirecting to local pick-up points if needed.
  • Delivery Tracking: Customers will receive a Track & Trace code via email after the order is passed to the carrier. While tracking is generally available from the next working day, delays in carrier processing can occur.

4. Returns, refunds and Exchanges

  • General Return Policy: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unused condition and packaging. The return process should be initiated through our designated online platform.
  • Refund Timeliness: Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, we aim to process refunds within 14 days, with an additional 5 working days for the funds to be credited back to the customer’s account.
  • Return Conditions: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the safe return of products. We recommend retaining the Track & Trace code until the return is confirmed by us. Jolaïy Home is not liable for lost returns without a Track & Trace code.
  • Exchanges: Direct product exchanges are not supported. Customers wishing to exchange an item should initiate a return and then place a new order for the desired product.

5. Product information and Availability

  • Back in Stock Notifications: For products that are temporarily out of stock, customers can sign up for notifications to be alerted when these items become available again.
  • Quality and Care: Our products are designed with durability and sustainability in mind. We recommend hand washing to maintain their quality over time.

6. Payment Methods

  • We offer various payment methods, including major credit cards, iDeal, Bancontact, PayPal, and SOFORT Banking, to facilitate a seamless transaction experience.
  • Post-Return Refund Queries: If you have not received a refund following a return, please reach out to us with your order details and the return receipt for a swift resolution.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

  • Jolaïy Home is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred after delivery or due to misuse of the products.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our webshop following any such changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as modified.
