Is it possible to modify my order?
Unfortunately, once the payment for your order has been completed, we have immediately commenced processing it. This means modifications are no longer feasible. If you wish to add products, we recommend placing a new order.

I have not received confirmation of my order. What should I do?
Firstly, check your spam folder or junk email as sometimes the confirmation ends up there.
If you can’t find the confirmation there either, please email us at info@jolaiy.com from the email address you used for the order. We’ll search for it and ensure you receive the order confirmation.
My received item is damaged. What can I do?
That’s unfortunate to hear. The item may have been damaged during transit. You can return the item to us free of charge. Register the return online via jolaiyhome.returnless.com.
Take a clear photo of the damage and attach it. If you wish to receive the item again, you can add a note indicating this. If you encounter any difficulties, feel free to email us at info@jolaiy.com.

Can I change my address after the order has been placed?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change the address once the order has been placed because we’re already processing it. Once an order is submitted, the address cannot be modified as we automatically transmit the data to the carrier.
You will receive the Track & Trace information via the provided email address. Please use this information to pick up the package promptly upon delivery or change the delivery address to a designated pick-up point.
Is it possible to track my order with a Track & Trace code?
Certainly, once we transfer your order to the carrier, you’ll receive an email with the Track & Trace code.
Please note that the carrier needs to process the order first. After the carrier receives your order, typically from the next working day, you can track your order. If the Track & Trace code still doesn’t work, please try again the following working day.
When can I expect my order?
Upon placing your order, we promptly initiate the processing. Your order is then transferred to the carrier responsible for delivering the package to you.
Once we transfer your order to the carrier, you’ll receive an email containing the Track & Trace code.
It’s important to note that the carrier requires time to process the order. Typically, you can start tracking your order from the next working day after the carrier has received it. If the Track & Trace code doesn’t work immediately, we recommend trying again the next working day for accurate tracking information.
My order should have been delivered, but I haven't received anything. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your order, consider checking with your neighbors as deliveries may sometimes be left with them. Also, look for any notes in your mailbox that may contain delivery information. While some delivery drivers may not leave notes, you can also check the Track & Trace code sent to you via email to determine the status and location of your order.
If the package isn’t with your neighbors and the Track & Trace code indicates it should have been delivered, the delivery person might have marked it as delivered without completing the delivery. If the issue persists and your order is not delivered the next day, please send an email to info@jolaiy.com. Our team will promptly assist you in resolving the matter.
I received the wrong product. What should I do?
Oops! That’s not helpful of us. You can return the wrong item to us free of charge. Register the return online via jolaiyhome.returnless.com.

What is your return policy?
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Is it possible to exchange my item?
Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges. You can return the item to us and then place a new order for the item you’d like.
What are your return conditions?

You send your return at your own risk. Preferably use the original packaging. Otherwise, always make sure you have a sturdy packaging that is properly sealed.
Ask the carrier for a return receipt and keep the Track & Trace code until we have received and processed your return. Without a Track & Trace code, we cannot investigate any missing returns. In that case, we cannot refund the paid amount to you.
